A bamboo arrow, with a carved hardwood barbed point attached to the shaft with string and a leather band. The point is decorated with geometric carving and painted red, black and white. A broken bone tip is attached with twin and resin. It is called "opop" and "le op" by the Meriam people. It was collected for the Museum by C. Hedley and A.R. McCulloch in 1907. (112x1.8cm)
