Label:
A stone spinning top, shaped with a flat top and spherical base. There is a wooden spindle inserted through a hole drilled in the centre. It is decorated with painted designs and said to be used in men's competitive games. It is known as "kulaap" or "kolap" by the Meriam people. It was collected by C. Hedley and A.R. McCulloch in 1907 for the Museum.
