A broom made from coconut florescence, cut at the end to form a handle. It is used for sweeping houses and is called "pesurr," "wesker" or "beilid" by the Meriam people. It was collected by C. Hedley and A.R. McCulloch in 1907 for the Museum. (58x6.0cm.)
