Label:
An undecorated bamboo flute, with two small holes drilled close to the mouth end and a v-shaped notch cut out at the other end. They are said to be played for enjoyment. They are known as "burall" or "burar" by the Meriam people. It was collected for the Museum by C. Hedley and A.R. McCulloch in 1907.
